Simi spends time with fans
FOLLOWING the release of her self-titled album Simisola and the wide reception it has garnered, sultry Nigerian singer, Simi has held a heartfelt gratitude over its success by holding a meet-and-greet session tagged #ChillWithSimi
The 15-track album is her second studio effort, and was produced by Oscar, Sess (One Kain), and Seyikeyz (Aimasiko).
So far, Simisola has fetched the songstress notable feats as it appeared at No. 5 on USA Billboard World Albums Chart, topping iTunes and Apple Music charts in Nigeria, Ghana, and Gambia, and has maintained a steady climax in search interests on Google Trends.
The meet-and-greet, which is the first of many to come, according to the songstress, is to enable her to spend time with her loyal fans, staying true to her promise to keep her fans – The SimiArmy – happy through her music.
Subsequently, #ChillWithSimi took place on Independence Day – October 1 – at The Palms Shopping Mall, Lekki to commemorate the country’s special holiday, as well as entertain and interact with her fans in a truly enchanting musical atmosphere.
The gifted and charming singer says that she plans to continue to captivate and expand her fan base with her fascinating vocals and songs, along with more upcoming #ChillWithSimi events within and outside of the country.
The tour will see her touch places like Ghana, Uyo, Abuja, Ibadan, and Ilorin.
Simisola is a completely solo effort in terms of vocal contributions, with the exception of one of her tracks titled Take Me Back which features the timeless act, Adekunle Gold.
