CADDO PARISH, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – A woman suspected of fatally shooting a Shreveport man at a local apartment complex was booked into Caddo Correctional Center on Tuesday.

CCC booking info shows that 26-year-old Carlisia Clark was arrested on a single count of second-degree murder on April 16, 2024.

Clark’s arrest came as a result of a Shreveport police investigation into the shooting death of Xamien Davis, who was found suffering from a single gunshot wound to the head in August 2023. Investigators said the shooting stemmed from an alleged domestic dispute.

SPD investigators identified Clark as a suspect and issued a warrant for her arrest. Law enforcement in Tarrant County, Texas, located her, and she was extradited to Shreveport and booked into CCC.
