Netflix has just dropped a new documentary on highly controversial fitness influencer, the Liver King, and it's not for the faint of heart.
The TikToker rose to fame promoting an extreme raw meat diet and so-called 'ancestral' lifestyle that involved going back to a primal way of life and eating a lot of liver. However, he faced a public reckoning when it emerged his sculpted physique - which he claimed was purely a result of the lifestyle he promoted - was actually aided by the use of steroids.
Today (May 13), Untold: The Liver King released on the platform in which the Liver King himself (real name Brian Johnson) addresses his public fall from grace and his plans for the future. It also features interviews with his family, friends and those that worked alongside him to build up his brand.
The documentary synopsis reads: "He built a supplement empire by devouring raw meat on social media. And he had the muscles to prove it. But really, how did the Liver King get so huge?"

In one scene that's not for the squeamish, viewers witness a typical family day out for Johnsons, which involves killing a bull before ripping out and eating its organs with their bare hands. Brian has two sons, Rad and Stryker, who he shares with wife Barbara Johnson.
Barbara features heavily throughout the documentary and in one scene, speaks honestly about how she felt her husband should never have gone public with his steroid use. But what more is there to know about the star's wife, who goes by the moniker The Liver Queen?
Who is the Liver Queen?

According to the Liver King's official website, Barbara's real name is actually Bozena. She was born in Poland and moved to America at the age of 15 and later became a highly successful dentist, even owning her own practice.
She has since retired from dentistry and now runs edible, animal-based beauty brand, Krowa Beauty, alongside her husband. She also boasts an impressive social media following with 172,000 followers on Instagram at time of writing.
She met Brian while snowboarding in Park City, Utah, and they were engaged just two months later. They tied the knot four months after their first meeting in a ceremony on the island of Nevis.
The Liver Queen also subscribes to the 'ancestral' lifestyle promoted by her husband. She says her daily diet includes eating three ounces of testicles per day with hot sauce, having one ounce at breakfast, one for dinner and another as a snack before bed.
