Concord Man Indicted On Sexual Assault Charges In Tilton: Superior Court Roundup

Hooksett felon indicted on blade possession charge; thief indicted on theft charge; NY woman indicted for Hopkinton ID fraud, $3K theft.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Vanessa L. Cardillo, 39, of Route 302 in Lisbon, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Sept. 25, 2024, in Franklin.

Richard Carr, 49, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 29, 2024, in Boscawen.

Jonathan Cruz, 39, of Hale Street in Manchester, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. On Sept. 2, and Sept. 10, 2024, he was accused of stealing merchandise at Walmart in Hooksett.

Timothy Currier, 43, of Thompson Street in Concord, on a theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a Samsung cell phone owned by another person on Dec. 14, 2024, in Concord. Twice before, according to the indictment, Currier has been convicted on theft charges.

Chad R. Cyr, 42, of Londonderry Turnpike in Hooksett, on a felon in possession charge. He was accused of possessing an 18-inch blade inside a cane on July 6, 2024, in Hooksett. Cyr is a felony due to a conviction in August 2018 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Malena L. Dasilva, 42, of Spaulding Street in Nashua, on possession of methamphetamine and possession of alprazolam and cocaine mix charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs on South Main Street in Concord on Nov. 27, 2023. At the time, Dasilva was released on bail by Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2022 after being charged with sale of a narcotic drug.

Charles Daye, 32, of Bowers Street in Nashua, on a felony delivery of articles prohibited-buprenorphine charge on Jan. 28 at the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen.

Katherine M. Diorio, 50, of Horizon View Drive in Farmingville, New York, on theft by unauthorized taking and identity fraud. She was accused of falsely pretending to be someone else, and withdrawing $3,000 from their TD Bank account in Hopkinton on Sept. 25, 2024.

Jacob Duquette, 46, of Downing Street in Concord, on two second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling a person twice on Nov. 6, 2024, in Concord.

A grand jury in Belknap County recently indicted the people listed below.

Raymond French, 65, of Forest Lane in Concord, on two felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of sexually assaulting a woman inside and outside the victim’s home in Tilton between June 1 and Sept. 3, 2024.

Gary Kenneson, 43, of Jackson Street in Concord, on a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-a knife on June 19, 2024, in Tilton. He is a felon due to an aggravated battery causing bodily harm of disability conviction in July 2011 in Pinellas County, Florida.

Gary Messier, 47, of Intervale Road in Canterbury, on a felony aggravated driving under the influence with serious injury charge. He was accused of riding a motorcycle while under the influence on North Barnstead Road in Barnstead and causing a crash on July 12, 2024.
